ZWY-180 Roadheader with Milling Cutter
The ZWY Series Milling Roadheader is an advanced underground excavation machine designed for hard rock cutting, tunnel excavation and mine roadway development.
The machine adopts a powerful milling head system to efficiently break rock formations while performing continuous excavation operations.
Product Introduction
Equipped with a milling head, the equipment can operate in coal roadways or semi-coal-rock roadways with a hardness rating of up to 4F without blasting. Featuring a quick-coupler mechanism, the machine enables rapid interchange between the bucket and the milling head during rock roadway excavation. After blasting, the bucket can also be used for muck loading, achieving multi-purpose functionality with a single machine.
The core hydraulic components feature a German-imported spur gearbox driven by a high-torque hydraulic motor, ensuring the milling head effortlessly handles demanding, high-load operating conditions. The equipment is equipped with both internal and high-pressure external water spray systems to effectively suppress dust.
Given the significant deadweight of the milling head, the machine incorporates an ultra-heavy-duty structural design. This ensures sufficient overall operating weight and chassis stability during rock cutting, thereby boosting operational efficiency.
The machine utilizes a slewing turntable structure commonly found in roadheaders, ensuring reliable and stable quality.
